Patricia Reinhardt

Patricia Reinhardt has nearly 30 years of experience guiding decision-making for Boards, Owners, and Management teams on mergers and acquisitions and other trusted advisory services in the middle market. She is known for bringing calm leadership to challenging situations with diverse stakeholders, and in many cases, within delicate family structures, to achieve optimal outcomes. Patricia brings in-depth advisory experience spanning diverse industries, often with a focus on manufacturing, consumer products, food & beverage, packaging materials, and professional service organizations including engineering, electrical contracting, and construction.
Patricia has held several Director positions with various organizations. Notably, she serves as a member of the Board and Chair of the Compensation Committee of ELM Electrical, Inc., a leading provider of electrical systems and services in the Mid-Atlantic region. In the summer of 2024, she proudly contributed to ELM's transition to an ESOP. Additionally, Patricia is a Director of MutualOne Bank, where she serves on the Security Committee and Assets and Liabilities Committee (ALCO).
Patricia earned a master's degree in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Mary Washington.
